2030 Danang Business Club

BACKGROUND

The 2030 Da Nang Business Club is a club of young entrepreneurs and young managers in Vietnam established on December 31, 2010 under the Danang Young Entrepreneurs Association.

The club is a playground for young entrepreneurs, dynamic, creative and dedicated young managers in the country, who associate individual ambitions with the common ideal of serving the country.

GOALS

Create environment for young entrepreneurs to have their own playground, have the opportunity to learn, exchange experiences and support each other.
Encourage support young people to start-up and build up a fulfillment career.
Organize activities to exchange experience and provide economic and business information.
Building corporate culture, promoting creative ideas in business.
Organize social activities to contribute to the development of the city.

ORGANIZATION

Club activities must be strictly, practically and disciplined. Content is rich, appropriate, creating a healthy playing environment, attracting many Entrepreneurs to participate.

Members must see the club as a family, support each other, build and develop the club effectively and operate according to the chosen criteria.

ACTIVITIES PROGRAM:

Meet all members of the Club directly:

The 2030 Danang Business Club will organize its monthly activities.
The time, place, form and theme of the monthly activities will be agreed by the Board of Management and Club members.

Forms:

Organize experience sharing sessions on different topics (in business and life).
Organize training programs, seminars to support members.
Organize sightseeing activities, picnics.
Organize social work activities.
Organize other activities according to members' needs.

ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE AND NAME:

1 / Legal status:

- The 20-30 Danang Business Entrepreneur Club operates under the direct management of the Danang Young Entrepreneurs Association, operating within the framework of the laws of the State, the provisions of the Charter and Regulations. mechanism of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Danang city.

2 / Structure:

The club management board consists of 12 members

- 01 Club Chairman:

Responsible for overall management and organization of Club activities, responsible to the Executive Committee of the Young Entrepreneurs' Association for the Club's activities.

- 06 vice Chairman: each one is in charge of one functional board

Networking and member development board:

Review and reconnect old members.
Finding and connecting new Young Entrepreneurs from the Association to invite to join the Club.
New member launches (1 time / month)

Communication board

Communicate all club activities on fanpage, viber in a complete and timely manner.
Regularly check and bring new members to the club groups.
In charge of photos, videos for club events.
Bringing the image of the 2030 club to the Association and especially Entrepreneurs outside of DYEA to attract their participation in the 2030 club as well as Da Nang YEA.

Finance and Social Board:

Planning and financial balance for every club program.
Plan and set a balance goal for the club after each program.
Organize at least one social program every year.

Training Board:

Improve management capacity and skills for Young Entrepreneurs through training and sharing programs.

Event Board

Plan to meet once a month.
Organize a picnic program for the club (1 time / year).
Organize annual Caravan program.

Startup and Foreign Affairs Board

Connect with young entrepreneurs in provinces and cities.

Sharing activity with students.

Support for small business and start-up business

10 Club Members:

Fully participate in club activities and support activities

Term: 2 years

After the end of the term, the General Meeting of Club members elected a new Board of Management. In the case that the members of the Board of Management for some reason stop working in the middle of the term, the members of the Board of Management will elect additional.

- The Board of Management is responsible for setting and managing all club activities.

Participants:

Young entrepreneurs between the ages of 20 and 49 have businesses based in the city of Da Nang.
Agree with the Association charter and follow all Club Regulations
Voluntarily register to join the club.

Expense:

The club's budget is managed by the Danang Young Entrepreneurs Association.
From the contribution fee of club members.
From organizing the fundraising activities of the club.
Funding from agencies, businesses and the private sector.
